The current XD10P setup software is V1.00.26.

The XD10P setup software runs on a PC.  Connect the XD10P, which has a serial input, to your PC running the XD10P setup software.  Verify that the com port used to connecct to the XD10P has been selected on your PC and its baud rate rate has been set for 38400.  If your PC only has USB, then use an USB to serial adapter found at most electronics stores.
